Getting a faster answer

If you're reporting a bug, these four things usually save a round trip: the email address on your LiftBuddy account, your iPhone model and iOS version, the app version (Profile › Settings, at the bottom), and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot or screen recording helps more than a description.

Your data

To get a copy of your data, correct something, or delete your account and everything in it, email support@liftbuddyapp.com from the address on your account. You can also delete your account yourself from inside the app. Our privacy policy sets out what we hold and what your rights are.

Reporting a security issue

If you've found a vulnerability, please email support@liftbuddyapp.com with enough detail to reproduce it, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before publishing. We won't pursue action against anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith and doesn't access or alter other people's data.
